I'm designed to help you and your body switch from primarily burning sugar to burning fat ("the metabolic switch"). We will combine fasting, exercise, nutrition guidance, supplements, and coaching advice. After a typical 10 day fasting program, you can expect an average weight loss of 2 - 6 kilos, a more energetic and fitter feeling, improved sports results and an average 3-7cm less waist circumference as well as improved cholesterol and blood pressure values.
